Ever felt like the digital world was built for everyone but you? That was me—Claudia, a proud 47-year-old Latina who once thought hashtags were some kind of secret code. But after moving to Texas 21 years ago, navigating new languages, cultures, and careers, I realized one powerful truth: if we can adapt to life, motherhood, and marriage (shoutout to my amazing husband and my three pups—Kenai, Bear, and Molly!), then we can adapt to digital growth too. It just takes heart, humor, and a whole lot of “sí se puede.” My journey into digital strategy wasn’t polished—it was messy, real, and full of “oops” moments.
